Re: Delegation of Authority and Responsibility for Signing University contracts and Agreements
In accordance with the By-Laws of the Board of Trustees of the University, as amended 3 June 1961, the following delegation of authority and responsibility for signing the following types of University contracts and agreements is hereby made by the President and the Vice President and Treasurer-.
| Contracts for athletic games | Director of Intercollegiate and Intramural Athletics

| Agreements for use of Field house | Director of Intercollegiate and Intramural Athletics
|
| Contracts and agreements for performers for Victory Varieties Committee programs | Chairman of Victory Varieties Committee
|
| Contracts and agreements for performers for convocation and lecture programs | Chairman of Convocations and Public Lectures Committee
|
| Agreements for use of Hall of Music and Loeb Playhouse by non-University personnel | Director of Hall of Music
|
| Contracts and agreements for student organizations | Auditor of Student Organizations
|
| Agreements for housing and food services | Director of University Residences and Purdue Memorial Union
|
| Agreements for preparation of high school and other educational tests | Vice President and Executive Dean
|
| Agreements for public school surveys | Vice President for Academic Affairs
|
It is understood that all contracts and agreements signed under the above delegation of authority and responsibility will conform to the general policies of the University, and copies of all contracts and agreements so signed shall be filed with the Vice President and Treasurer of the University.
Contracts and agreements not coming within the above delegation of authority and responsibility shall be referred to the Vice President and Treasurer for processing and signature by the appropriate officer.
