Re: Delegation of Authorized Representatives for the Use of University Facilities at the Lafayette Campus
Section 3B of the Regulations Governing the Use and Assignment of University Facilities at the Lafayette Campus reads in part as follows:
"No person shall willfully refuse or fail to leave any University Facility upon being requested to do so by the Vice President and Treasurer of Purdue University or his duly authorized representative, if such person is committing, threatens to commits or incites others to commit, any act which would deny, interfere with or disrupt the authorized use of such facility, or disrupt, impair or obstruct the lawful missions, processes, procedures or functions of Purdue University."
Pursuant to this regulation the following are designated as "duly authorized representatives of the Vice President and Treasurer of Purdue University:"
| For the Total University | The Vice Presidents of the University, Executive Assistant to the President, Director of the Physical Plant, Superintendent of Safety and Security, all University Police and Firemen, Business Manager and Assistant Treasurer, Dean of Men, and Dean of Women.

| | For University Residences, Memorial Center and Purdue Memorial Union | Director of University Residences, and Purdue Memorial Union.
| | |
| | For the Purdue Airport and Service Enterprises | The Director of the Purdue Airport and Service Enterprises
| | |
| | For Academic Buildings | Deans, Directors, Department Heads and Building Deputies for buildings in which they operate
| | |
| | Athletic Facilities | The Director of Intercollegiate and Intramural Athletics
| | |
| | Student Health Center | Medical Director of Student Health Center
| | |
| | Edward C. Elliott Hall of Music and Loeb Playhouse and Slayter Center for Performing Arts | Director of Hall of Music and Loeb Playhouse
| | |
| | Experimental Theater | Assistant Dean of the School of Humanities, Social Science and Education (L.E. Trachtman)

Any of the above may redelegate this responsibility to others in their organization provided:
- It is approved in advance by the Vice President and Treasurer
- A copy of the redelegation is subsequently filed with the Vice President and Treasurer
