All contracts and agreements signed under the above delegation of authority and responsibility will conform to the general policies as prescribed by law, by the Board or by the Bylaws of the Trustees. Copies of all contracts and agreements so signed shall be filed and retained until the Vice President and Treasurer authorizes destruction.
The Vice President and Treasurer must be informed of and must specifically approve any substantial changes or unusual provisions in contractual arrangements.
Contracts and agreements not coming within the above delegation of authority and responsibility shall be referred to the Vice President and Treasurer for processing and signature.
