Welcome!

Central Shops and In-House Construction comprise a maintenance and construction group that provides customer requested services to campus.

Both departments are housed in the Operations & Maintenance area of Buildings & Grounds. There are over 190 skilled trades' craftsmen that provide maintenance work and perform rehabilitation and renovation projects valued up to $50,000. We work closely with our customers to ensure high quality work is completed in a timely manner.
