Building Systems

The Building Systems Group is responsible for ensuring that the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems in new and existing University facilities are properly controlled to provide indoor environmental conditions that are conducive for the areas served. 

From the simple thermostat on the wall that provides cooling to your room to the complex air handling system that serves a high-tech research lab, Building Systems designs, installs, and maintains the necessary control systems to properly condition the work, learning, or research areas to provide a safe and comfortable environment.
