The Operations and Maintenance Department works to extend the life of University buildings protect and maintain University assets, assist with construction projects and promote environmental sustainability.

A diverse team comprised of Zone Maintenance and Central Shops professionals and craftsmen work to ensure a safe, comfortable and pleasant working and learning environment for our students staff and visitors. Our team of dedicated professionals plays an important role in promoting and maintaining energy efficiency in a healthy working environment.
