Access to Systems
Staff authorized to process forms to request access to systems can use the below Forms.
- Request for Privileges (In accordance with Executive Memorandum No. C-12) Guidelines
- Forms 182, 183, 183a (PageCenter - Financial, Human Resource, Student), 184, 653,
A/R Access Request Form
- Report - Dept ACIDs and Systems they can Access
- OnePurdue Role Request Form (Login Page)
- Security Reports Available in PageCenter
- System Access Request Information
- Purdue Person Search Account Access Form (PPS will enable a translation of the PUID, found on the face of the University identification card, to the SID/SSN, which is the key in core and departmental applications. Staff in offices who use the front of the ID card for providing service can request an account access to PPS by completing this form). If access to SSN is needed, a PPS SSN Exception Form needs to accompany the PPS Account Access Form.
