Purdue Academic Lockups

The Academic Lockup was created to flexibly integrate the names of the colleges that exist under the University’s umbrella. Color variations and tab configurations apply to academic lockups in the same way as they are applied to the Purdue signature mark. This is regulated by background color or the number of colors available for printing. Please see the section in the left column to download your college's logos.

Co-Brand Logo Use and Placement

The Purdue University logo also offers the flexibility to incorporate the schools, departments or centers that fall under the University’s umbrella. These are referred to as co-brands.

Co-brand marks consist of the Purdue logo or academic lockup and the school or department identified near the college name. All academic lockups and co-brands MUST be approved by Marketing & Media (purduebrand@purdue.edu) prior to use. Marketing & Media creates co-brands at no charge.

  • The co-branded department of center appears in Myriad Pro typeface in all caps.
  • The co-branded type size should be no taller than one-half the size of the small caps in the word “Purdue” and no shorter than the type size in the word “University” in the Purdue signature.
  • The signature and co-branded name alignment should be centered under the logo or align left to the right of the logo.
