Attorney, Krieg DeVault LLP Gregory B. Coy was born in Tampa, Florida. He received a B.A. in Biology in 1992 from Wabash College and a J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington in 1995, where he was Senior Executive Editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal in 1995.
