BOOK DONATION PROJECT

 

 

 

We welcome your participation in our book donation project. Children's and juvenile books about historical or contemporary African American women will be donated to libraries or community centers in South Africa. Below is a suggested list of books. If you wish to make a monetary contribution towards the purchase or shipping of the items, please designate that your donation is for the book drive to South Africa organized by the Black Women's Studies and the Academy Symposium.

Donations will be accepted until December 1, 2003. Acceptance of used books will be governed in accordance to the Black Cultural Center Library's Gift Policy.
