To solicit a performance engagement of the Black Cultural Center’s Performing Arts Ensembles, please provide the information listed below
in a written request. Please submit your request at least one semester (4-6) months in advance of the anticipated event/program.
The Ensembles are available at a performance fee. See below for rates. Sponsoring organizations are expected to provide
adequate program facility, technical needs,and publicize the program.

- Name of sponsoring group, organization or department
- Title of event/program
- Day, date, time and location of event/program
- Describe event/program (history, purpose, intended or target audience, etc.)
- Describe type of presentation seeking (duration, genre, style, etc.)

NOTE: The above rates are the minimum suggested amounts. Additional donations are welcome.
Rates for off campus performances requiring transportation, lodging and subsistence will vary depending on the distance
traveled and the accommodations required. Sound, lights and space rental fees are not included. Average length of performance is one hour.
