Thursday, Dec. 28:
Charter flight (Omni Air Flight #450) leaves Indianapolis at 2 p.m.; arrival LAX at 4:30 p.m. Pacific time.
(Note: All times that follow are Pacific time; 3 hours earlier than campus)
Group dinner at the hotel, 6 p.m.
Full Band Rehearsal (open to public), 7:30-9:30 p.m., Santa Monica High School, adjacent to hotel.
Band free time begins at 9:30 p.m.
Curfew at 11:30 p.m.

Friday, Dec. 29
Full band rehearsal (open to public), 9-11:30 a.m., Santa Monica High School, adjacent to hotel
Group lunch at hotel, noon
Leave for Disneyland, 1:30 p.m.
AAMB at Disneyland; participates in parade at 3:30 p.m. with concert afterwards; band free to enjoy park until 10 p.m.
Curfew at 11:30 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 30
AAMB tapes CBS "Coming Up Roses" television special, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. (Band leaves hotel at 8:30am)
AAMB at Purdue Pep Rally at ABC Entertainment Center, Century City, 4 p.m.
Dinner and evening open
Curfew at 11 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 31
Split AAMB performances, 9 a.m.; one group at Parents Reception & Kick-off Luncheon (not open to public),
-the other at Santa Monica Pier 11:00am
12:00 noon to 2:00pm. Kappa Kappa Psi alums, Tau Beta Sigma alums, and anyone who marched in 1967 are invited to meet old friends at the Doubletree Hotel to tell stories, sing songs, and view the 1967 Band Rose Bowl Trip tape.
3 p.m. Purdue and Washington Bands invite fans to joint rehearsal featuring pregame and halftime bowl shows, Weingard Stadium, East Los Angeles College, 1301 Avenue Caesar Chavez, Monteray Park, CA (Band leaves hotel at 2 p.m.)
AAMB departs for Universal Studios, 4:30 p.m.
New Year’s Celebration at Universal Studios(Open to Public), with AAMB performance TBA.

Band departs for hotel at 8:30pm.
Curfew immediately upon return to hotel

Monday, Jan. 1
112th Annual Rose Parade steps off, 8 a.m., AAMB is Unit #39 directly behind Big 10 Float; band projected to cross starting line at 8:47 a.m.
Purdue Pregame Bowl Bash, Jackie Robinson Stadium
March to stadium, 12:30 p.m.
87th Rose Bowl, 2 p.m.
Depart for LAX directly from stadium. Arrival in Indianapolis at approx. 6 a.m. EST
