Join Purdue Band & Orchestra

Note for incoming students Fall 2008:

If you filled out the online interest form, mailed in an interest form, or filled one out in person in the Band office before May 1 you should receive the first mailing of information for all bands (including marching band) by June 15. The second mailing, with specific audition information and music, will be sent out after your first set of forms has been received. It will begin going out July 1.  

If you have not filled out the initial information form, do it now using the "online interest forms" found below.

Band camp for prospective members of the "All-American" Marching Band will be held August 17-23. Details can be found in the Course Information Handbook included in the first mailing or by visiting the Handbook's online version . Do not register for Boiler Gold Rush if you are attending band camp. Many Boiler Gold Rush activities are integrated into band camp and separate registration for BGR is not required.

All other bands will audition the first week of classes. Again, more information is available in the handbook.

Auxiliary Online Interest Form Auxiliaries at Purdue consist of Twirlers, Dancers and Flags. Fill out this form for audition information for these groups when it comes time for you to come to Purdue.
