WILLIAM D. KISINGER, Associate Professor of Bands, serves as Acting Director of the “All-American” Marching Band for the 2001 season. A long-time assistant with the marching band, he also directs Boiler Brass, Collegiate Band and American Music Review (a big band with vocalists). In the summer he conducts the Purdue Summer Concert Band as well as the Lafayette Citizens Band. A virtuoso euphonium player, Kisinger holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Illinois. A talented arranger, with more than 220 musical arrangements to his credit, Kisinger’s music is performed by Purdue’s “All-American” Marching Band, the American Music Review and the Lafayette Symphony Orchestra..
