BS in EE/ECE in 1956

Purdue Musical Organizations:

Marching Band ('Mil Band'); Clarinet & Glocks Symphonic Band; Oboe & Clarinet.
(1952-1954, under Spotts....)

 

Currently:

"Got my Master's in Music Composition from Butler Univ., in 2005.  (You ain't lived until you've taken the GRE exam at age 70!)  Do the Purdue Bands need any Original material by an alum?  I'm cheap! (Be forewarned, tho.  The material tends to be rather angular, and dissonant...) I'm currently without an engineering gig, but am employed by Young Audiences of Indiana as a 'resident artist' (Sound Designer and Electronic Musician) - and have begun working with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra,archiving & transferring their old analog concert and broadcast master tapes to digital media.  (Should make for some great listening!) I'm also playing oboe & english horn with the Brandywine Wind - a new symphonic band located in Greenfield, IN.
