V/Gladieux Special Events is the official caterer for Purdue Boilermaker Athletics. Located at 850 Beering Drive in the Ross-Ade Pavilion on Purdue's West Lafayette campus, we will cater events at your site or in the Pavilion.
Ross-Ade Pavilion opened in 2002. This state-of-the-art building will accommodate up to 800 (400-seated) guests in the Shively Club; up to 200 (150 seated) guests in the Buchanan Club, and up to 80 seated guests in the Shively Press Box or the 5th floor mingling area. From a black tie affair to a picnic buffet, you will find the Pavilion elegant and inviting with spectacular views of the campus and city.

Enthusiastic and professional, the well-trained staff of V/Gladieux strives to make your guests feel welcome, assisting them with the buffet or serving the plated meal you select. At your event, servers wear white tuxedo shirts, black vests and bow ties. If you prefer a more relaxed appearance, Purdue polo shirts will be worn.
Our experienced catering specialists sit down with you and go through every detail of your event from room layout to developing your menu selection. You can select items from our menu or we will custom design a menu appropriate for your event. Whether you are planning a cocktail reception, wedding, corporate event, holiday party, luncheon or dinner party, we are passionate about providing the expertise that will make any event a resounding success.
