We are excited that you are considering joining the great
tradition of Boilermaker athletics. To make your journey toward
becoming a student-athlete as smooth as possible, we want
you to be aware of how the recruitment and admission process
works.
You take the first step at the end of your junior year, when
you register with the NCAA
Initial-Eligibility Clearinghouse. You can register online
or print a hard
copy of the release form and mail or fax it to the Clearinghouse.
You will also want to make sure you are eligible
to participate in college sports. From this site, you
will be able to determine whether or not the classes you are
taking will be applied toward your core
requirements.
The next step is to apply
to Purdue
early in your senior year. Finally, you sign the National
Letter of Intent. In addition, you may want to seek financial
aid. Use the links to learn more!
