Per NCAA Bylaw 12.3.1, a student-athlete shall be ineligible
for participation in an intercollegiate sport if he or she
has agreed (orally or in writing) to be represented by an
agent for the purpose of marketing his or her athletic ability.
To minimize the possibility of such eligibility problems
occurring, Purdue asks that all contact made by sports agents
with a Purdue student-athlete or his or her family be arranged
through the Compliance Office. In addition, sports agents
are asked send the Compliance Office a copy of all written
correspondence or materials sent to student-athletes.
Compliance Office Registration
Purdue University requests that all sports agents
interested in contacting or representing a Purdue student-athlete
register with the Compliance Office by filling out the Agent
Registration Form (PDF file; Adobe
Acrobat required), which you may download or request from
the Compliance Office.
Professional Sports Panel
Purdue's Professional Sports Panel advises all student-athletes
about professional careers and financial matters.
