Website Status Update

The functions previously performed by the Office of the University Architect (OUA) are now addressed by Physical and Capital Planning (P&CP), Project Management and Construction (PM&C), and Energy and Engineering Services (EES). The P&CP website is available here. The Energy and Engineering Services website is available here. A new PM&C website is currently under development, however, essential information will be maintained in this location until the new website is launched. Thank you for your patience as these enhancements are completed.

OUA provides a variety of online documents for clients, contractors, consultants, and staff.

Consultant's Handbook: designed to inform Architectural & Engineering (A&E) firms of the administrative and technical nuances involved in providing professional services to Purdue University.
Guidelines & Policies: a list of important University bylaws and policies, OUA fees, leasing guidelines, state statutes, etc.
Forms: Capital Projects Council request forms, Request for Professional Services (RPS), and contract forms for A/Es and Contractors.
Reports: reports relating to construction projects (both capital projects and small public works)- Projects Scheduled for Bidding, Ads for Bid, Bid Tabulations, and Bid Awards.
