The Maps & Records department is responsible for the storage and retrieval of all of Physical Facilities' construction documents. All drawings, specifications, estimates, contracts, etc. are stored in our vault and electronic document management system. The Maps & Records department is also responsible for the maintenance, training, and technical support of Physical Facilities' CAD software.
