Website Status Update

The functions previously performed by the Office of the University Architect (OUA) are now addressed by Physical and Capital Planning (P&CP), Project Management and Construction (PM&C), and Energy and Engineering Services (EES). The P&CP website is available here.  The Energy and Engineering Services website is available here. A new PM&C website is currently under development, however, essential information will be maintained in this location until the new website is launched. Thank you for your patience as these enhancements are completed.

Client: Office of the University Architect

Scope: Phase 5 is the renovation of the main floor of the west wing of Lilly Hall of Life Sciences (resuming Repair and Rehabilitation renovations begun prior to 2001). This project will have three phases of construction in order to accommodate the users occupation of spaces and to maintain egress to those space not being renovated. Renovation to include labs, offices, corridors, restrooms, and stairwells. Supply air and exhaust air systems also will be upgraded. This project is part of the larger Lilly West Wing Laboratory Renovations project (see 9850).

Construction Start: June 15, 2009

Construction Finish: September 30, 2010
