Website Status Update

The functions previously performed by the Office of the University Architect (OUA) are now addressed by Physical and Capital Planning (P&CP), Project Management and Construction (PM&C), and Energy and Engineering Services (EES). The P&CP website is available here.  The Energy and Engineering Services website is available here. A new PM&C website is currently under development, however, essential information will be maintained in this location until the new website is launched. Thank you for your patience as these enhancements are completed.

Client: Grounds and Utilities, Physical Facilities

Scope: Due to the US 231 right-of-way acquisition, construct new replacement facilities for the current heavy equipment storage building and salt storage building.  The new heavy equipment storage building will be constructed to house heavy equipment for the Grounds and Utilities Departments. The facility will require general lighting, power, and heating. Electrical, sanitary, gas, and telecomm utilities will also be needed to service the new facility.  The new salt storage building will be constructed to house salt and sand for the Grounds Department.

Construction Start: Immediately following notice of award of contract.

Construction Finish: October 18, 2010

Location: Ahlers Road, east of PFSB and west of the coal storage yard.
