Website Status Update

The functions previously performed by the Office of the University Architect (OUA) are now addressed by Physical and Capital Planning (P&CP), Project Management and Construction (PM&C), and Energy and Engineering Services (EES). The P&CP website is available here.  The Energy and Engineering Services website is available here. A new PM&C website is currently under development, however, essential information will be maintained in this location until the new website is launched. Thank you for your patience as these enhancements are completed.

Scope: Install new carpet and vinyl base in room 324. Purchase curved reception desk with ADA and standard height reception counters for room 324. Install accordion doors on closets in 324C. Purchase system furniture, with desk and 36" panels, and lateral files for room 326. Purchase wood desk, 4' table iwht 6 chairs, and lateral files for room 326A. Purchase conference tables and 18 chairs for room 319. Create 2 ea 6' openings on west wall of room 327 and install new vinyl tyle, vinyl base, and 12 new prismatic light lenses. Install new carpet and vinyl base in room 328A. Clean and polish tile floors in rooms 328, 328B, 328C, and 328D. Balance HVAC in rooms 327 and 328. Install new carpet tile in rooms 417, and 417A-D.
