Website Status Update
The functions previously performed by the Office of the University Architect (OUA) are now addressed by Physical and Capital Planning (P&CP), Project Management and Construction (PM&C), and Energy and Engineering Services (EES). The P&CP website is available here. The Energy and Engineering Services website is available here. A new PM&C website is currently under development, however, essential information will be maintained in this location until the new website is launched. Thank you for your patience as these enhancements are completed.
Client: College of Engineering/Industrial Engineering
Scope: Create opening from corridor in room 350 to room 360. Install cmu block to support new lintel and install metal framed opening for new 4' opening. Construct metal stud wall to separate room 350 from corridor and install drywall. Patch plaster. Prime and paint new drywall and plaster patches and paint all walls in corridor. Patch flooring and install new vinyl base. Install new room signage. Rework existing ceiling. Remove existing lights in corridor, install 3 new lay-in style lights and rework switches. Install new fire strobe and exit sign in corridor. Remove wiremold in corridor. Rework supply and return ductwork and grilles in corridor and room 350. Relocate power for vending machine in room 360.
