Website Status Update
The functions previously performed by the Office of the University Architect (OUA) are now addressed by Physical and Capital Planning (P&CP), Project Management and Construction (PM&C), and Energy and Engineering Services (EES). The P&CP website is available here. The Energy and Engineering Services website is available here. A new PM&C website is currently under development, however, essential information will be maintained in this location until the new website is launched. Scope: Demo existing built in lockers, transport to salvage. Demo concrete curb at south and west locations, infill area with stain
finished concrete. Finish bulk head and back walls at west, south and north east sections where lockers were removed, this
will include recessed lighting, sprinklers, receptacles, drywall, new 16" counter, trim and stainless steel kick late. Fabricate
and install custom literature display at the north east section. Install steel studs and drywall flush with curb and bulk head
south east section of removed lockers. Install 24" deep work surface on two sides of existing column, install two
receptacles and apply new surface finish to column. Paint entire area.
