Website Status Update
The functions previously performed by the Office of the University Architect (OUA) are now addressed by Physical and Capital Planning (P&CP), Project Management and Construction (PM&C), and Energy and Engineering Services (EES). The P&CP website is available here. The Energy and Engineering Services website is available here. A new PM&C website is currently under development, however, essential information will be maintained in this location until the new website is launched. Scope: Improve campus storm water system and install new porous asphalt paving at the parking lot north of the Armory, in accordance with teh campus-wide master plan/study for sustainable storm water modifications. Work includes but is not limited to: demolition of existing base lot, installation of storm water infiltration bed, rain gardens, and tree trenches as part of upgrade of existing drainage, fine grading installation of porous hard surfaces, lighting, and final landscaping.
