Scope: Develop higher finish levels on two plazas with table seating, plantings, and paving modifications. Locations are 1) between PMU/STEW atop Envision Center, and 2) beneath bas relief on southwest corner of STEW. Include campus bike racks at location 1 and at existing Memorial Drive bike parking area. Remove concrete and plant evergreen hedge at Memorial Mall bike parking area.
