Website Status Update
The functions previously performed by the Office of the University Architect (OUA) are now addressed by Physical and Capital Planning (P&CP), Project Management and Construction (PM&C), and Energy and Engineering Services (EES). The P&CP website is available here. The Energy and Engineering Services website is available here. A new PM&C website is currently under development, however, essential information will be maintained in this location until the new website is launched. Client: Veterinary Administration
Scope: Replace ceiling, lighting, and sprinklers in food prep area, add lighting to soffit serving area. Replace flooring with Sincol sheet floring. Remove back wall case work, sink and ice machine. Replace with new 24" deep SS sink and faucet, 30" deep SS base cabinet, double door refrigerator, under counter ice machine, under counter dishwasher and a custom fabricated SS work counter. Modify front prep counter to accept a mechanically cooled 5 bay drop in cold food unit with new sneeze guard. Modify and extend solid surface tray counter to incorporate two drop in soup kettles with sneeze guard. Fabricate and install a 3' wide lockable plastic laminated base cabinet with counter top and back splash. Paint all block walls. Furnish labor and material to re-locate/add utlilties to support new lay out and equipment requirements.
