Membership & Staff Relations Subcommittee
This subcommittee organizes the membership recruitment, interviewing, and selection process. MAC also conducts the membership orientation, assigns new members to subcommittees, facilitates communication between the new members and their constituents, and also coordinates the annual Community Spirit Award.
Additionally, this subcommittee works with the other APSAC subcommittees to make sure important information is effectively communicated to all A/P staff. Responsibilities include establishing guidelines and specifications for brochures and fliers, defining procedures for website maintenance and assessing the overall effectiveness of communication efforts across the full committee. This group is also responsible for developing once-a-month updates to A/P staff, which are distributed via APSAC's newsletter, The Sentinel.
