Welcome to PACADA!

As the Chair of the Purdue Academic Advising Association Steering Committee, I would like to welcome you to PACADA. Our membership is made up of academic advisors, faculty advisors, administrators, other student service professionals and even many retired members of the Purdue community. We are dedicated to the support and professional growth of academic advising and of our students.

Networking and learning opportunities abound in PACADA. Our members present at local, regional and national conferences. Seasoned members as well as new members share in the learning, networking, and social options offered by our various standing committees and the members of the entire organization. Watch for information about our Annual Retreat, Students Service Updates, Spotlight Series, and special events.

If you are not yet a member of PACADA, I strongly encourage you to talk with a current member or to contact the steering committee. For those of you who are already members, let me express my thanks and the thanks of the steering committee members for your continued support and dedication. You are truly part of what makes Purdue special.
