Schedule Revisions

To check the status of schedule changes, students may use SSINFO and advisors use the Administrative Data Processing Center (ADPC).

Dropping and Adding Classes

After registration, students may revise their schedules by dropping and/or adding classes. The Office of the Registrar provides online schedule revision instructions and the schedule revision calendar fall 07, spring 08.

Instructions for Changing Divisions

Exceptions to Drop Deadlines:

  • Administrative error. Either the advising office or the Office of the Registrar did not process the form 23 correctly. This exception requires a cover memo attached to the form 23 explaining the error and signed by the academic advisor.
  • Medical reasons . The student must have documentation from a medical doctor, stating the illness and the timeframe the student was, or is being treated. A memo from the student's academic advisor supporting the request and a signed from 23 signed by the instructor indicating whether the student is/was passing/failing the course is required along with the supporting medical documentation.

Please understand that without supporting documentation, the above requests won't be considered. As a courtesy, please do not send students to see me unless, you the advisor, supports the students request. All requests need to come directly to my attention.

If you have any questions, please contact Deb Sheets at sheets@purdue.edu or 49-46164.
