Through co-ops and internships, Purdue students gain
hands-on work experience while earning their college
degrees. Options include summer, one-semester, and even
full-year internships, and students can often earn college
credit and/or income for their work.
In the Cooperative
Education Program, students alternate semesters
of full-time work and full-time study in a five-year
degree program. They establish a professional relationship with their co-op employer and at the same time, earn income that
can help pay for college expenses.
