Advanced Computer Systems Laboratory (ACSL)

Mission

ACSL's mission is to support a strong group of researchers at Purdue University who take leadership in advancing computer systems knowledge and technology.

ACSL includes faculty and research groups from both the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Department of Computer Science. Current focus areas of interest are:

  • Compilers for Chip-Level and System-Level Parallelism
  • Advanced Microarchitectures
  • High-Performance Computing
  • Network Computing
  • Foundations of Computer Systems Research
  • Associated faculty from other research areas are actively involved in ACSL and provide necessary application perspectives.
