Property Accounting form 9 on the web

The form 9 is now available at the following location:

The form opens up in Excel format; make sure to enable the macros. There are comment boxes, indicated by a red “tab”, for most of the information that needs to be entered on the form.  The form can be printed out and sent to Property Accounting through regular campus mail or it can be e-mailed, by staff having signature approval for forms 9, directly to the person, in Property Accounting, assigned to a particular department. Property Accounting Inspectors

Departments may request to have a copy of the approved, processed, form mailed to them through regular campus mail. Property Accounting will forward an approved copy to other departments (including Service and Salvage) as necessary.
