Accounting Services Mission and Responsibilities:
Accounting Services is responsible for the proper recording and reporting of all University assets, and maintaining a financial database to support management decision making. Accounting reviews expenditures for allowability and proper signature delegation. Other responsibilities include accounting for all moveable capital equipment, bank reconciliation, gift accounting and reconciliation, accounting for construction and other capital projects and data entry of accounting documents.
