Elliott Hall of Music
One of the largest proscenium theaters in the world,
the magnificent Edward C. Elliott Hall of Music accommodates 6,025
spectators. Cultural events offered here annually include performances by Purdue
students as well as internationally acclaimed artists, entertainers,
and speakers. Studios of WBAA, the first broadcasting station in the
state, are located here along with the offices and practice rooms for
Purdue Musical Organizations and University Bands. Individual or group
tours can be arranged through the Visitor Information Center.
There are areas in the Hall of Music designed for those in wheelchairs; tickets
for wheelchair seating and companion seating should be requested when ordering.
Wheelchair access to the auditorium is through the northwest or southwest doors.
Accessible parking is available along either the north or south side of the
building during performances.
The Hall of Music offers headsets for the assistive listening system for those
who are hard of hearing. Patrons can request headsets at no cost at the hall's
box office before performances.
