WORKSTATION TECHNOLOGY - Application Request Form
Use this form to:
  • Request an Existing Application be installed on a workstation.
  • Request pricing for an Existing Application
  • Request a NEW application be added to our environment
  • Request pricing for a NEW application

To request an application to be moved from one workstation to another, send an email to zonehelp@purdue.edu with the following information:

  • The workstation(s) from which the application is to be removed
  • The workstation(s) on which the application is to be installed
  • Contact information for the primary user(s) of the workstation(s)
