GoldAnswers enables areas to share the knowledge that was previously held in a disparate range of systems, formats, databases and other methodologies. GoldAnswers combines more than 3,600 articles from ITaP's extensive knowledge base with articles authored by many other areas, including Student Services. The vendor, RightAnswers, also provides over 200,000 articles on the most common software such as Office and Windows. More articles are added every day. With this new self-service offering, Customers can find helpful information on almost any service.
