Student Services Workstation Technology Computing Coordinator Mentor

SSTA will provide training on the various duties that are expected with the title when a new Computing Coordinator is assigned to represent their department. Although the new Coordinator is encouraged to call our helpdesk with questions as to processes and procedures, it is often helpful to have another Computing Coordinator available to consult with and confide in.  The new Coordinator may wish to speak in confidence, ask a sensitive type of question, or request advice or counseling on a matter.
