The SSTA Security Officer Liaison performs the scanning of our supported area network drives (S: & H:) for our departments behalf, and provides reports of the potential hits to the ISDC and/or Dept Computing Coordinator.

These scans were initiated in Sept of 2006, and will be performed on a semi-annual basis to coincide with our February network drive space housekeeping and our October shared folder permission review.

SSTA performs these scans during off-hours so that there is minimal impact to performance and reliability of the network space.
