What is SAS Share?

SAS/Share software is for applications that require concurrent update access to SAS files. Concurrent update access means that two or more users can simultaneously access a SAS data library or SAS file to read and write data.

What is SAS Share useful for?

SAS/Share allows a user to use a What You See What You Get (WYSIWYG) query tool to get data without knowing how to use or program in SAS.
