Responsibility of all employees of Purdue University
Every employee of Purdue University has the responsibility to manage his or her financial affairs and business relationships in a manner that does not interfere with, or improperly influence the performance of, his or her duties and responsibilities as a University employee.
A critical first step in responsible management of personal financial interests and business relationships is to identify and disclose those interests and/or relationships that may give rise to potential conflicts of interest.
