• All events submitted through this site are considered Requests only. It is the responsibility of the requestor to verify that the event has been accepted and scheduled. An e-mail is generated for all events, providing reservation information on the status of the event.
• If your student group name doesn't appear as an option within Unitime, please contact Event & Classroom Scheduling at 494-5700.
•  During peak times, or if an event is scheduled improperly, the event will be declined.
