Rescheduling a Game:
1. Contact your opponent
2. Come into the Recreational Sports Office (RSC 107) to try and find
a mutual time. It is recommended that you (or a team representative)
meet your opponent's representative at this time.
3. This can be done up until 3:00 on the day your game has been
originally scheduled. If your game is scheduled on a Sunday, then
it must be done by 3:00 pm on Friday.
4. The Intramural Sports Program does not assure that all games will
be rescheduled.

Requesting to Cancel a Game:
1. In the event that a mutual time cannot be obtained, teams have
the option of requesting to cancel the scheduled game.
2.This will only count as a loss on the team's record and the
captain will not incur the $20 forfeit fee.
3. This can be done up until 3:00 on the day your game has been
originally scheduled. If your game is scheduled on a Sunday, then
it must be done by 3:00 pm on Friday.
4. A captain or representative must contact the IM Sports Office
at 765-494-3117
5. This can only be done once during a given activity's season.
