How To Enter an Intramural Activity... 
1. Official Intramural Registration Forms, available at the Recreational Sports Center must be used to enter all Intramural Sports activities. Entries should be typed or written legibly.
2. The captain/chairperson must completely fill out the requested information on the form, including activity and program (fraternity, open, etc.).
3. Be sure to indicate the days and times your team would like to and/or is available to play. The Intramural Staff will attempt to accommodate all teams with their preferred times, however, it is NOT GUARANTEED.
4. The section certifying knowledge of rules, eligibility requirements, and forfeit fee must be signed.
5. For team sports, roster forms will be completed at the captain's meeting. An individual/dual entry should contain the names and phone numbers of all individuals participating in the activity.
6. All entries must be turned into the Recreational Sports Center's Welcome Center Desk (RSC Main Floor) by 11:45pm on the posted entry deadline with the proper entry fee. All entries received after the deadline will be put on a waiting list and are not guaranteed a place in the league.
7. Entries will ONLY be accepted during the time frame (typically 2 or 3 days) indicated on the entry form. All late entries will be placed on a waiting list and NOT be considered for preferred scheduling. |
