How To Register for an Intramural Activity...
1. Official Intramural Registration Forms, available at the Recreational Sports Center must be used to enter Intramural Sports activities. Registration forms must be completed legibly.
2. The captain/chairperson must completely fill out the requested information on the form, including activity and program (fraternity, open, etc.), contact information and PUID.
3. For team sports, instant scheduling will be completed. Be sure to have an idea of what day/times your team can participate.
4. The section certifying knowledge of rules, eligibility requirements, and forfeit fee must be signed.
5. All registrations must be turned into the Recreational Sports Center's Welcome Center Desk (RSC Main Floor) by closing on the posted registration deadline with the proper registration fee. All registrations received after the deadline will be put on a waiting list and are not guaranteed a place in the league.
6. Mandatory Captain's Quizzes MUST be completed by 11pm the Saturday following each registration period!
