Boilermaker Special Pull
The competitor will pull the Boilermaker Special along a set course. The winner will be the athlete who covers the complete course in the fastest time or who covers the largest distance in the shortest time.
Farmer’s Walk
The competitor will carry a weight in each hand over a marked course in as quick a time as possible. The winner is the athlete who completes the course in the fastest time or who covers the largest distance in the shortest time.
Tire Flip
Competitors will flip a large tire end-over-end along a set course. The winner will be the athlete that completes the course the fastest or who covers the greatest distance in the shortest time.
Motion P Carry
The competitor will carry a concrete Motion P and walk as fast as possible along a set course. If the athlete drops the Motion P on the ground or steps out of the designated lane the attempt will be terminated. The winner will be the athlete who completes the course the fastest or goes the furthest distance in the shortest time.
Hammer Hold
The athlete will stand with both arms extended to each side with a large sledge hammer in each hand. The athlete will hold their arms out as long as possible. If the competitor lowers an arm the attempt will end. The winner is the athlete who holds the hammers up the longest. |
