How to Register
By October 30,
2009, complete the
registration form and send it as an e-mail attachment to
MwALTatOEPP@purdue.edu.
Registration is by e-mail only. Please do not
mail your registration or payment. We encourage you to e-mail
your registration early.
If you
wish to register for the Friday afternoon pre-conference workshop
with Gudrun Erickson, please note this on the conference
registration form. There is no charge for the workshop but
pre-registration is required and enrollment is limited to 20
persons.
Payment is due at
conference check-in via cash or check payable to "MwALT."
Sorry, we are unable to accept credit cards.
Early Registration (registration
form received by e-mail by October 30, 2009)
Pre-registration allows us to
better plan for handouts, meals, and meeting rooms. We
encourage you to register via
e-mail as soon as you
are certain of your plans.
