Ten Ways to Support Diversity
  1. Celebrate people!
  2. Allow yourself to experience diversity.
  3. Admit your own biases to yourself.
  4. Be truthful with others if you expect them to be truthful with you.
  5. FORGIVE!
  6. To experience diversity is unique, but to understand diversity is profound.
  7. Teach children to appreciate other cultures and expose them to other cultures.
  8. Talk less...listen more.
  9. Be able to laugh at yourself.
  10. Be more appreciative, understanding, and emphathetic.
