This week's tip:
To your benefit

While all workers need to save more money for retirement, many women face additional challenges because they earn less money, experience higher job turnover, and are employed in industries with low or no pension coverage.

This week's tip:
Wellness

When performing strength training exercises, always work the opposing muscle group. For example, if you are doing a biceps curl, you're working the front of your upper arm. The opposing muscle is your triceps. After you complete your bicep curls, you'll want to perform a triceps exercise, like a triceps extension.
