This week's tip: Wellness
When performing strength training exercises, always work the opposing muscle group. For example, if you are doing a biceps curl, you're working the front of your upper arm. The opposing muscle is your triceps. After you complete your bicep curls, you'll want to perform a triceps exercise, like a triceps extension.
