Linda Hite is professor and chair of Organizational Leadership & Supervision at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. She also directs the OLS graduate program. She earned her doctorate on the Purdue West Lafayette campus while serving in the Office of the Dean of Students as a counselor and assistant dean. She left academe to work in corporate training and development, returning to the Purdue University system as a faculty member at IPFW.
Her teaching focus is human resource development, including diversity, group facilitation, teams, and organization development. Her primary research interests are career development and workforce diversity. Currently, she is the assistant editor, book reviews, for the on-line journal, New Horizons in Adult Education and Human Resource Development and a member of the editorial board of Advances in Human Resource Development
